Welcome to the Pro Series Pumps CONNECT mobile app. With a long history of safeguarding basements from flooding, this application allows users to monitor, check the status, and receive alert notifications from their Pro Series Pumps CONNECT product. Additionally, the app provides valuable product information and support, featuring FAQs and various assistance options.

In order to effectively monitor the status of your backup or primary sump pump, it is essential to have a Pro Series Pumps CONNECT system along with a Pro Series Pumps CONNECT WiFi Module connected to a Wi-Fi network. This connectivity enables remote monitoring of battery levels, power supply, and pump operations. Should an issue occur, a red warning will appear on the status page detailing the specific problem. Furthermore, users will receive notifications through email, text message, or push notification. All notification methods can be easily managed through the application.
