In order to effectively monitor the status of your backup or primary sump pump, it is essential to have a Pro Series Pumps CONNECT system along with a Pro Series Pumps CONNECT WiFi Module connected to a Wi-Fi network. This connectivity enables remote monitoring of battery levels, power supply, and pump operations. Should an issue occur, a red warning will appear on the status page detailing the specific problem. Furthermore, users will receive notifications through email, text message, or push notification. All notification methods can be easily managed through the application.
